Scholarships for Wildcat Alumni

The Hamilton Wildcats are extremely proud to be able to offer three scholarships  to current and former Hamilton Wildcat/Rush travel players.  Qualified candidates will begin college in the upcoming Fall semester and must have played at least three years with a Wildcat or Hamilton-based Rush team.

The awards will be distributed in the names of three Wildcat/Rush parents who passed away from cancer. They are Ken Dunn, Thomas Sprague Jr. and Mitch Rende.

Recipients will be honored at a club function during the Summer. The deadline for applications for all awards is June 1.

Scholarships for Recreational Alumni

In addition to the awards that are available to girls travel soccer alumni, our recreational division also offers three, $500 scholarships in the name of founder Geri Kurlander.

The awards will be presented to girls who played recreation soccer that will attend college beginning in Fall based.  They will be granted based on soccer participation, academic record, civic and community service and service to the club.

Tips for a Smooth Application

  • All applications are reviewed anonymously to avoid any nepotism.
  • Be sure to follow the instructions on the application form exactly.
  • Get your application in on time.
  • Provide extra attention to the essay portion, as this is what will differentiate you from other applicants.
